Preskil Island Resort

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is just a 15 mins drive from the airport. We had booked the Prestige Sea View Room for 3 nights. It was spectacular and better than the photos. The view from the room was breathtaking. The patio had chairs to sit and the room was cozy. The bathtub with sea view was also stunning. The sofa was big and they had nice amenities in the room too. The hotel is much bigger than it seems in photos. The property is absolutely amazing and has really nice beachside restaurants and bars. The cocktails and snacks are delicious. The beauty of this hotel lies in its humble staff who are eager to learn and improve their services and go out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time with their positive and thoughtful attitude. The restaurant had very limited vegetarian options, and as my mother is a vegetarian she was worried, but the staff prepared a special meal for her and ensured she didn't go hungry. Unfortunately it was very cold and windy during our stay so we couldn't enjoy a swim nor any water activities but depending on the time of the year you visit, the hotel has plenty of complimentary water activities to enjoy. We will definitely visit this property again to enjoy that. overall we loved our stay here and can't wait to visit again. A huge thank you to Sehnaaz, Xavier, Balram, Vic, Pattrice and Tipsu for making our stay so memorable. We will always remember the wonderful hospitality all of you extended towards use.

The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The free water activities are a real plus. We really enjoyed our massage at the spa, where the masseuse was very attentive to my needs.

The cleanliness was outstanding — my room was always spotless, thanks to Bianca who took wonderful care of it. The staff were not only helpful but also very entertaining, which made the whole atmosphere warm and enjoyable. I also met a great lady not only selling local souvenirs but also giving good advises. The resort offers so many great facilities, and the beautiful landscape around the hotel makes it an unforgettable place to relax. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect island getaway. It's also a gateway to Ile aux Cerfs and other cruises or water activities. I had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Preskil Island Resort for a week, and my dining experience at the 1810 restaurant was truly unforgettable! The exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and breathtaking views made for a truly magical evening. The entire team at 1810, particularly Tomesh, Sunday, Milena, and Monish, provided outstanding service with warm smiles and attentive care. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident throughout the evening. The culinary expertise at 1810 is impressive, with a menu that boasts innovative Creole and international dishes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Chefs good with advising on gluten free choices at buffet. Lovely pool and beach area. We were on half board so we bought our drinks which were reasonably priced. Enough variety on buffet for a few days stay but often a delay in replenishing when a dish ran out.

Vikash the chef was amazing . Made different vegetarian dishes for my wife everyday . He catered for our needs perfectly and the buffet was spot on on a daily basis Vic , the restaurant supervisor was amazing . He made sure we had a table nicely set up everyday and ensured he took our orders for the next day Finally , Krishna the deputy manager went above and beyond with his customer services and overall management styles. He was the perfect host and made our stay memorable . We truly felt part of the family at Preskil and would wish every hotel have a senior management like Krishna to manage the staff and general hotel issues PS. We have travelled a LOT and used over hundreds of hotels in the past 20 years . This was our first hotel experience that we will truly remember .
